We offer DDP service(door to door with customs duties/taxes included) for shipments to the US and Canada.
For shipment to other countries/areas, you will need to pay for the customs duties and taxes on your own.
Yes, we know Amazon’s dashboard is not very user-friendly, we can guide you through the process via TeamViewer(a free software).
Yes, we will check it with your supplier before the pickup and before your shipment leave our warehouse in China.
We’ll need the Invoice and Packing list and certificates for products(if needed), usually, we will get them from your supplier.
No, the consolidation is free, we just charge for the shipping cost.
We will use the pickup tracking number for the identifying purpose. Besides, we will take photos for your final approval.
